Eidos obtient les droits de distribution de Lego Star Wars Sorties PS2, Xbox, PC et GBA prévues en avril 2005

Eidos Interactive annonce qu’il a obtenu les droits de distribution de LEGO Star Wars avec Giant Interactive Entertainment Ltd pour tous les pays à l’exception du Japon. Le jeu sortira en avril 2005 sur PlayStation2, Xbox, PC et Game Boy Advance.

LEGO Star Wars combine deux références jeunesse majeures, LEGO et Star Wars, pour créer un jeu d’aventure/action innovant et palpitant conçu pour les jeunes joueurs. Le jeu est basé sur La Menace Fantôme, L’Attaque des Clones et le très attendu Star Wars : Episode III Revenge of the Sith, prévu pour une sortie mondiale en mai 2005.

Suite à un accord entre LucasArts et Giant Interactive Ltd, LEGO Star Wars est en cours de développement chez Traveller's Tales sur PlayStation2, Xbox et PC. Amaze Entertainment développe la version Game Boy Advance.

Mike McGarvey, président directeur général d’Eidos déclare : “La signature d’un titre possédant une identification et une aura aussi larges est une opportunité majeure pour Eidos. Nous sommes impatients de travailler avec Giant pour maximiser le potentiel du jeu.”
