PSP/PS2 Connectivity
Players who own a copy of both WWE SmackDown Vs. RAW 2006 for the PSP system and PlayStation 2 will be able to make use of the titles data synchronization functionality. The PSP and PS2 can be connected to one another using a standard USB port. Once connected, players will have the option of integrating unlockable content between the PSP system and PS2 console, upload and/or download Created Superstars and synchronize
Season Mode data.

Unlockable Content – Unlockable content earned on the PSP system can be integrated onto the PS2 system and vice versa. For example, if a player accomplishes all of the necessary tasks to unlock the WWE Legends on the PS2 console, that profile data can then be transferred onto the PSP title, which previously did not have any saved profile data whatsoever. Thus, the Legends, originally unlocked on the PS2, will
now be available for use on the PSP. Conversely, if a player were to have unlocked any items or Superstars on their PSP, that data could then be integrated and brought over onto their PS2 console. In addition, players will be able to unlock WWE Legend Jake “The Snake” Roberts exclusively on the PSP and transfer him to PS2 play.
Season Mode Synchronization – Season Mode data first started on the PSP system can be synchronized onto the PS2 console and vice versa via the PSP/PS2 connectivity. For example, if a player were to begin a Season Mode campaign on the PS2 and was suddenly called away on a business trip, he or she could synchronize current Season Mode progress onto the PSP system and continue the game away from the PS2 without
missing a beat. Once back home, players can easily reverse the process and synchronize the Season Mode data from their PSPs back onto their PS2s and continue their Season Mode games without pauses or interruptions.
Create-A-Superstar – Through the use of the PSP/PS2 connectivity, players can upload and download created Superstars from the PSP system to the PSP console and vice versa. For instance, if a player was to create an original Superstar on his or her PSP system and visit a friend’s house that owned the PS2 version of the game, the player could download any created Superstar from the PSP onto the friend’s PS2
console and duke it out. Similarly, players can upload created Superstars from their PS2 consoles onto their PSP systems.
