Interplay (IPLY.OB) Receives Investment from DotCorp Asset Management

Interplay today announced that DotCorp Asset Management has acquired 11,625,000 shares of common stock, (including 4.6 million shares of existing treasury stock previously held by Interplay), and a warrant to acquire up to 7.5 million additional shares. DotCorp Asset Management will not be represented on the Interplay board.
